  1. Your ECZ-ID products create native receipts, free.

  2. With a Receipts plan, new receipts are retained in your organisation's Receipts Vault.

  3. Search the vault and assemble Evidence Packs from the Dashboard.

  4. Verifying a receipt is free; a receipt states what was recorded, and when.

How it relates to your Passport

Receipts sit beside your Passports, never inside them. Your ECZ-ID, its Resolver record and your Parent tier never change because of a Receipts plan, and the Resolver stays the public authority on every record.

Boundaries

The claims stop here.

  • A receipt shows what was recorded and when. It is not objective external truth.
  • Payment creates a commercial entitlement only: it never makes a receipt valid, verified, anchored or signed, and native receipts never depend on it.
  • A receipt is not public proof, and it carries no compliance guarantee.
  • Public retrieval of a receipt is not offered yet; receipts are kept in your own vault.

Do I need a Receipts plan to get receipts?
No. Native receipts stay free with the product that creates them, and verifying a receipt is free. A plan adds long-term retention and search in your Receipts Vault.
Does a retained receipt make what it records true?
No. A receipt shows what was recorded and when. Payment never makes a receipt valid, verified, anchored or signed.
Can anyone look up my receipts publicly?
Public retrieval of a receipt is not offered yet. Receipts are kept in your own vault.
What happens when the month's quota is used?
ECZ-ID says so explicitly. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged; there is no automatic overage.
